We offer five beautiful jewelry designs to choose from. Our Classic and Crystal Heart Life Jewels are available in sterling silver, gold-plate and 14k gold settings and include a matching 18" chain. The New Horizon, Bracelet and Omega Life Jewels have sterling silver settings, with your choice of braided leather cord in black or pretty pearlized tan. All Life Jewels include a signed guarantee that your pendant contains actual DNA from your pet's sample. An easy-to-use cheek swab and instructions are sent with each pre-paid order.

Life Jewel Heart Charm Accessory

Add an extra loving touch to your Life Jewel. Our elegant Tiffany-style heart charms slip easily onto the chain. Our logo is on one side, and you can request up to any five letters engraved on the other. Engraving is limited to four letters in Script type, or five letters in Block type; your local jeweler can provide more detailed engraving if desired. Available in sterling silver or gold plate.
